1/2poundElbow macaroni
1 1/4 cupMiracle Whip
2tablespoonsApple cider vinegar
2tablespoonsMilkwhole
1WholeCarrot
1WholeCelery stalk
2teaspoonsSeasoned Salt
2teaspoonsSugarwhite
1/2teaspoonBlack pepper
Instructions
Bring water to a boil and cook elbow macaroni for 6 minutes until al dente. Remove pasta and run under cool water to stop cooking. However, keep the pasta slightly warm.
While the pasta is still warm, toss the pasta with the apple cider vinegar. Then add-in the sugar, and seasoned salt. Mix well.
Shred the carrot and finely dice the celery. Add to the pasta.
Finally, add the Miracle Whip and milk to the pasta and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours for the best flavors to develop.
