Crispy Oven Bacon

Cooking bacon in the oven gives you perfectly crispy slices without any trouble or mess, and the cleanup is easy. You cook the bacon directly on parchment lined rimmed baking pans or on a wire rack in the baking pan. Using a rack insures extra crispy bacon but involves a little more cleaning up on your part. I’ll stick to the parchment paper!
