1Stick Butter salted or unsalted
2tbsphalf-and-half
Instructions
Bring butter (1 stick) to room temperature.
Place the butter into a mixing bowl and add half-and-half (2 tbsp).
Mix with a hand mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
Increase the mixer speed to high and mix for another 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
