Instructions
Slice the sub rolls in half.
Chop and shred the iceberg lettuce.
Slice the tomatoes.
Slice the onion thinly.
Layer the sub starting with the provolone cheese and then adding the rest of the meats. Spread all the meats and cheeses evenly across the sub base.
Top the meats with slices of onion, then lettuce and tomato
Pour or shake the olive oil, red wine vinegar on top of the condiments.
Dress the sub with pinches of oregano and salt
Top the sub with the remaining slice of roll. Cut in half and enjoy!
