A well stocked pantry is a key to success in any Throwdown Kitchen. It will allow you to mash up any recipe on short notice. Friends and family ask me what I keep in my pantry and refrigerator at home, so here is a list of the basics.
For the most part, you will still have to source ingredients when a recipe calls for fresh meats and proteins as well as fresh produce and bread.
We are not into fancy ingredients and for the most part everything can be picked up quickly at a local grocery store.
