Instructions
Make the Breakfast Sausage
First, mix ground pork, (1/2 pound), ground sage (1/4 tsp) rosemary (1/4 tsp), Kosher salt (1/2 tsp) and black pepper (1/2 tsp). Add to your sausage mix, apple cider vinegar (1 tsp), maple syrup (1 tsp) and a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and then fry this mix with a teaspoon of grapeseed oil. Cook the sausage for 5 to 6 minutes and then set it aside to go on your pizza.
Make The Cream Gravy
Melt butter (1 tbsp) over medium heat and add all-purpose flour (1 tbsp) and whisk until combined. Bring the heat to medium high and slowly add whole milk (1 cup). Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat. Whisk the cream sauce until no lumps remain, and add a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Make The Scrambled Eggs
Crack the fresh eggs (6 large) into a bowl and add heavy cream (1 tbsp), chives (1 tbsp), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs until nicely combined and no white of the egg is visible.
Now, preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter (2 tbsp). Pour the eggs into the fry pan and then begin stirring the egg mixture with a rubber spatula. Keep stirring as the eggs begin to set, Gently push the eggs to the center of the pan. Continue cooking the eggs, stirring and pushing until the eggs are almost done. Remove them from the heat. It should only take 3 to 4 minutes.
Place the prepared pizza crust on a baking tray and spread the country white cream sauce (1 cup) all over the surface. Cover the cream sauce with the scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, spinach (1 cup), grape tomatoes (1 cup), shredded mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup), and shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup).
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Slide the breakfast pizza into the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool for 3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
