3cupsself rising flour

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a 9 inch x 5 inch loaf pan.
Mix the flour, sugar, butter and beer, stirring the batter until quite smooth. A few lumps will be OK
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth out the top of the batter
Bake the bread for 55 to 60 minutes. Insert a stick or skewer into the loaf. If the skewer comes out without any sticky batter , then the bread is done.
Remove the bread from the oven and let rest 10 minutes.
Turn the bread out onto a cutting board and enjoy!
